Garlic Mustard Aioli Salmon
One of my favorite easy salmon recipes that requires only one spread for a flavor-packed, delicious meal.
Salmon is a staple in my diet, as it is rich in many vitamins and minerals, as well as being incredibly versatile.
Salmon is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, protein, phosphorus, zinc, selenium, and B vitamins. Along with its impressive nutrient profile, salmon is a delicious protein source that comes together pretty quickly. My favorite way to make salmon is in the air fryer, because (again) it’s very quick and it comes out pretty consistently perfect every time. If you don’t have an air fryer, no worries! This recipe is just as compatible in a standard oven.
Even if you’re not a seafood lover, I strongly encourage you to try this simple recipe out — it just may change your mind!
INGREDIENTS:
Salmon filet (~1 lb.)
1/4 cup garlic mustard aioli (found at Trader Joe’s)
Olive oil spray
PAIGE’S TIPS FOR THIS RECIPE…
Tip #1: Make sure you coat the full salmon filet — don’t forget the sides!
Tip #2: For best results in the air fryer, I like to remove the salmon after 10 minutes, breaking apart into individual pieces to allow the inside to more easily fully cook through.
HOW TO SERVE
I love serving this salmon with a side of vegetables and some kind of grain/ starch like rice, pasta, or potatoes. Check out the Balanced Eating FOURmula for more details on creating a well-balanced plate.
This salmon is also great to have as leftovers to throw into a salad the next day. The salmon will stay good in the fridge for 3-4 days.
