Hi! I’m Paige, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who has made it my mission to simplify nutrition and help individuals achieve a healthy and balanced relationship with food, without restriction.
Trust me, I’ve been there — I’ve done the diets, the calorie counting, the restricting. I’ve tried shrinking my body and participating in new diet trends thinking “this one will work…” but disclaimer: it doesn’t. I’ve struggled with an all-or-nothing mindset that would constantly lead back to another unsustainable diet regimen, and then I’d start back to square one.
But it doesn’t have to be this way.
When I finally learned how to eat intuitively, everything clicked. I began listening to my body and focusing on my internal hunger cues, causing a dramatic difference both physically and mentally. I discovered that I didn’t need to deprive myself of anything, but rather focus on balance, variety, and moderation. I developed a deep passion for nutrition and wellness, which has ultimately led me here.
In a world where an overabundance of health, wellness, and fitness information is at our fingertips, it’s difficult to navigate through what’s actually credible or just another diet fad. Carbs are bad, fruit has too much sugar, start your day with a green juice — how many of these trends are legitimate, and will they actually benefit my health?
Nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated. I use an evidence-based approach to provide realistic health and wellness advice in a way that’s specific to you. Our needs are all so different, and there is no one size fits all for nutrition. My counseling philosophy is collaborative, empathetic, and non-judgmental. Together we will create goals that work for you and your lifestyle, rediscovering the joy in eating without having to overthink it.
